If you purchased a rechargeable blender “Nutribullet Go” model NBG-100, we would like to thank you for choosing Nutribullet and we would like to emphasize that the quality and safety of our products are of utmost importance to us.

In light of this commitment, we have launched in United Kingdom and in The Philippines a voluntary corrective action regarding the “Nutribullet Go” NBG-100. It cannot be completely ruled out that isolated batteries could overheat during charging, creating a potential fire risk.

Only limited units of “Nutribullet Go” NBG-100 are potentially affected, they can be easily identified by looking at the serial number and SKU reported on the rating label underside the motor base of the rechargeable blender.
